The Club AGM, followed by a buffet supper and the presentation of the
Club Championship and other awards, will take place on 15th October at 6:45 p.m.
at the West Centre, Prudhoe Community High School.
If any member wishes to raise a item for inclusion, they need to notify the secretary
(patricksmythATlineone.net) 7 days prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be asked to adopt a revised constitution, which makes changes (concerning
acceptable behaviour and the code of ethics) mandated by our membership of
British Orienteering. If any member wishes to see a copy of the revised
constitution prior to the meeting they should contact the Secretary.
The AGM agenda and a list of awards will be issued on the 8th October.
